Rules 
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available after 1 day from the date of purchase.

Roll Access: The roll feature is exclusively available to map buyers.

File Requests: Requesting the basic map file is strictly prohibited (MAX, OBJ).

Discount Usage: Administrative compensation discounts are one-time use only and do not apply to special designs.

Map Encryption: Requests for unencrypted maps are not permitted.

Conflict Resolution: The first instance of conflict resolution is provided free of charge.

Subscription funds cannot be refunded.

There are some maps that do not have support and it is written in the description of the map.

Private Design Rules

Project Initiation: Work on the project (map) begins upon receipt of either the full payment or 50% of the agreed amount.

Delivery Timeline: The map designer will provide an estimated delivery date.

UModification Requests

Amendments can be requested within one week of map delivery.

All modification requests are subject to additional charges.

Delivery Format: Completed designs will be delivered coded via CFX.

Usage Policy: If a private map remains unused for more than one month, it may be made public and offered for sale.
